How to Join

Why should I join the Fraternal Order of Police?

Because the FOP is a body of law enforcement officers striving to improve their profession by improving working conditions, wages and benefits and monitoring legislation affecting law enforcement on the local, state and national levels.

Any full-time, sworn law enforcement officer with arrest power may become a member of the DeKalb Fraternal Order of Police.  Retired law enforcement officers are also welcome, although may not be eligible for insurance benefits.
