THE NATIONAL FOP LEGAL DEFENSE PLAN

The FOP Legal Defense Plan is owned and operated by the Fraternal Order of Police and was designed exclusively for the legal defense protection of law enforcement professionals.  The FOP Plan protects your personal career and financial security.

What does it include?

• provides coverage for administrative, civil, and criminal claims

• participants have the right to select their own attorney(s)

• plan pays for all reasonable and necessary attorney fees

• no stated coverage limits or deductibles

• available only to active law enforcement FOP members

• HR218 coverage included.

How much does it cost?

    The group rates for Georgia are:

• Full Coverage - Administrative, Criminal, and Civil     $197.00

• Two Coverages - Administrative + (1) (Civil or Criminal)     $158.00

• Two Coverages - Civil and Criminal together     $48.00

• Single Coverage - Civil or Criminal only     $42.00
